Repair Rates
Each Repair Visit will include:
- On-site Fee
- Shop Rate Fee
On-site Rate Fee:
We charge an on-site service fee for our driving trip to you. The rate is $3.50 per mile charge.
We charge only one way; for the trip to you, not the return trip.
Each service call is charged an on-site rate fee.
We utilize Google Maps in calculating mileage at the following start point:

Shop Rate Fee:
Shop Rate is $100 per hour. We have a $100 minimum Shop Rate charge for all on-site service calls. The Shop Rate includes one Certified RV Service Technician with a mobile shop.
This is not an hourly rate. Do not misconstrue the "shop rate" with an "hourly rate."
We do not charge on an hourly basis. We charge a flat rate per task charge set by the industry standard Spader RV Flat Rate Manual guidebook. For example a certain task may be set at 2 hours in the Spader guidebook, we charge 2 hours at $100 per hour.
Please remember that this is only a guide.
If there is extra diagnostic time or repair time needed due to unforeseen issues that arise during the course of our visit, we will discuss any changes before going forward.
We want our service to be transparent and you to feel well taken care of.
Emergency/After Hours Rate:
Our Emergency/After Hours Shop Rate is $150 per hour. We have a $150 minimum Rate charge for all on-site service calls that are requested outside of our normal business hours.
All other terms mentioned above apply to the care and attention you will receive on an Emergency/After Hour repair call.
