Repair Rates
Each Repair Visit will include:
- On-site Fee
- Shop Rate Fee
On-site Rate Fee:
We charge an on-site service fee for our driving trip to you. The rate is $3.50 per mile charge with a minimum of $50.
We charge only one way; for the trip to you, not the return trip.
Each service call is charged an on-site rate fee.
We utilize Google Maps in calculating mileage from our Office location to your location.
Shop Rate Fee:
Shop Rate is $110 per hour. We have a $110 minimum Shop Rate charge for all on-site service calls. The Shop Rate includes one Certified RV Service Technician with a mobile shop.
This is not an hourly rate. Do not misconstrue the "shop rate" with an "hourly rate."
We do not charge on an hourly basis. We charge a flat rate per task charge set by the industry standard Spader RV Flat Rate Manual guidebook. For example a certain task may be set at 2 hours in the Spader guidebook, we charge 2 hours at $110 per hour.
Please remember that this is only a guide.
If there is extra diagnostic time or repair time needed due to unforeseen issues that arise during the course of our visit, we will discuss any changes before going forward.
We want our service to be transparent and you to feel well taken care of.
